Overview
Bee Wave is a project aimed at helping and supporting bees to avoid extinction. Global warming is one of the reasons why bees are disappearing, and electromagnetic waves are also suspected to disrupt their ability to navigate back to their hives. Bee Wave proposes connecting electromagnetic wave shielding products to users' smartphones to potentially protect both bees and humans from electromagnetic waves emitted by smartphones. Bee Wave will use social media to raise awareness about these issues, and will donate 1% of all profits to support the construction of new beehives. Ultimately, Bee Wave aims to support the survival of bees, which is saving our future.

Background
Bee Wave project was created in IDAS's Visual Content Curation class to raise awareness about social issues. Bees are essential to both nature and humans. However, bee populations are declining at an alarming rate. Bee Wave aims to raise awareness of this critical issue and inspire action to prevent bee extinction.
