‘누룩’은 전통 발효 재료인 누룩을 현대적 자기 돌봄으로 확장한 프로젝트입니다. 기술과 정성이 만나 나와 누룩이 함께 자라는 ‘자기 성장의 리추얼’을 제안합니다.

Nuruk is a project that begins from the observation that many young adults experience emotional fatigue and disconnection in fast-paced, efficiency-driven digital environments. Grounded in embodied cognition and nurturing-based design, it reinterprets Korean fermentation as a slow act of care that supports emotional awareness and continuity through everyday bodily engagement.

누룩은 빠른 속도와 효율을 중심으로 한 디지털 환경 속에서 많은 청년 세대가 정서적 피로와 단절을 경험하고 있다는 관찰에서 출발한 프로젝트이다. 본 프로젝트는 체화 인지 이론과 돌봄 기반 디자인을 바탕으로, 한국 전통 발효를 느린 돌봄 행위로 재해석하며 일상의 신체적 경험을 통해 정서적 인식과 연속성을 지지한다.
